George Usi
President, CEO
Sacramento Technology
Group

George's eleven-year career started in the early 1990's working for and managing Internet Service Providers (ISP) while attending University in California.   Eventually, one of those ISPs was acquired by Verio where George was reassigned to plan and implement Private Peering and for-profit enterprise backbone connections using BGP protocols.

Shortly after Verio was acquired by NTT Communications, George was recruited as Vice President of Development for award-winning managed service provider Fusionstorm where his team planned and implemented an enterprise managed-service infrastructure based on HP Openview, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle.   George also founded and funded a handful of technology companies based in the Sacramento area.

Today, George is a member of the California IPv6 Task Force and president of Sacramento Technology Group, an information technology consulting firm servicing small to medium enterprises with information security, disaster recovery, and internetworking project needs.   George holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management.
